CSCO Drops 10%: Cutting 4,000 Staff; - Not Growing at the Speed We Want'

On a conference call with analysts this evening to discussing mixed fiscal Q4 results , Cisco Systems said it will cut 4,000 staff members , or 5%, of its global workforce, to "rebalance" its employee base in order to achieve better growth.
